Expected Schoolwide Learning Results (ESLRs)
All of UNI's Expected Schoolwide Learning Results (ESLRs) correlate with all of the above mentioned critical areas of academic need. The goals for all students are to become self-directed learners who are proficient in all standards, who pass the CAHSEE, and who graduate high school. As effective communicators, our students need to read, write, speak, and listen effectively. As these skills are improved, we should expect to see an improvement in the number of students who are proficient in all subject areas on the CST. All students are expected to be critical and creative thinkers. Every indicator in this ESLR will assist students with their overall achievement. Stakeholders have concluded that students who are able to think critically and problem solve are more successful in life. As well, our students must be socially aware and caring individuals who take responsibility for their actions. This ESLR encourages students to be an active participant in their own education.University High School Expected Schoolwide Learning Results C.L.A.S.S. Critical Thinkers
